Some crazy dude drove a truck with a giant metal heart into Westlake Park next to Westlake Center and punctured the tires. The cops thought there was a bomb on there!! Turned out there was no bomb. It was a "cultured protest" because the city wanted to open up the street that the park is on and cut the park in half.
