Kim's Place ... Travel ... Phoenix: City of Phoenix

Tovrea Castle and Cactus Garden. I kept seeing this from the highway. When I went to investigate it, it was closed for renovations or something. So I have yet another reason to go back to Phoenix. It was going to be a hotel, but that didn't work out. So some people bought it and made it their home. The City of Phoenix owns it now, and their trying to turn it into the centerpiece of a big cactus garden.
