These blue reflectors line both sides of the street under a railroad bridge. It's supposed to be art. I think the green squares are part of the artwork. I've heard the reflectors are supposed to cast a blue glow at night as the headlights hit them, but I've driven down there at night, and there's no blue glow. The reflectors are an eyesore.
