They weren't exactly like that, they didn't have the ribbon thing around them. And I'm pretty sure that what it says on the front wasn't the same either. However we did have them floating around, and management said they were not certified "safety wise" so none of us were allowed to wear them.

The shape is exactly like the ones we had tho, so I am thinking it's from the same company wherever that may be
