Congrats on the new house!! I got one of those bowl type thingies in my master bathroom too, lol, and yeah it looks kinda wierd. Oh well. Welcome to the world of owning a property - I think you'll find it very rewarding, despite all the little things one has to do to maintain them.

Yeah mowing's also fun. I had a lawnmower to start with, only that it was broken. Had to get it fixed, I had some issues with my dryer connection - someone had wired it wrong and the fuse for it was shot. One of my garage doors didn't close properly. I had roots in my sewer line. It's always something!! Still worth it though.
