Kemah Boardwalk across the channel
Looking at the Kemah Boardwalk from under the bridge to Kemah. This is where the boats go from Clear Lake to Galveston Bay and back. You can see the ferris wheel and sky needle in this picture. There are several other rides and restaurants there. The Aquarium restaurant has an area where you can feed and pet stingrays. They splash you with their flippers.

There's a donut shaped seating area that starts at ground level and rotates as it goes up to the top of the needle. They have a recording of someone giving some background on the area as you look out over the bay, Clear Lake and surrounding area.
