they wouldn't be very entertaining if they swung aroudn without their arms i guess. like maybe their arms would wait patiently on a rock or something for the gibbon to finish swinging without them. it would really be sort of sad. maybe the gibbon-less arms would be drumming their fingers on the rock or twiddling their thumbs or something. it'd just be sad.
