Littlefield Fountain on the University of Texas campus. It has merhorses (like mermaids, but horses). I always thought it was kind of strange how the water sprays right at the horses.
probably to keep their skin wet. like when people move dolphins and whales see? if those darned horses would stay underwater the people wouldn't have to spray them.
