Scholz Schnitzel
Mmmm... Schnitzel! This is Scholz Garten's own special Schnitzel. It has melted jack and cheddar cheeses on it. Yum! They serve it with salsa, too, but I always tell them to hold the salsa. I just like the schnitzel and cheese.

Those fries have the skins still on. That's why they look black. And the sauce isn't sauce... it's cheese. It's a wild variation of schnitzel that they serve it at the oldest beer garden in Texas, Sholz Garden. It's supposed to have salsa on it, too, but I tell them to hold the salsa.
