

mmmmmm. that looks yummy. i have a garden picked salad every day from the garden. greens are ALL that are in the garden now since it's rained every single day for two months. your schnitzel looks fab!

Yuk how could anyone eat that..... i dont know what country this is from but in australia the chips arent black and we dont have oil for sauce!!!!! so keep that schnitzel ill make my own.

Those fries have the skins still on. That's why they look black. And the sauce isn't sauce... it's cheese. It's a wild variation of schnitzel that they serve it at the oldest beer garden in Texas, Sholz Garden. It's supposed to have salsa on it, too, but I tell them to hold the salsa.

heh I don't know if they do. I've only ever seen it at Scholz Garten in Austin.
