I think the tradition of putting a tree on top of a building when the structure is finished is great. They put the tree up on top of this building last week. It's the Frost Bank building, and it's supposed to be the tallest building in Austin now.

I suspect it's a cut tree. I think it's always a christmas tree, too, but maybe that's just the most popular.

its not always just a christmas tree it can be any tree. and when the building is complete they always plant the tree somewhere around the building
