our flowers etc got totally beaten in several windstorms we've had recently. it's a sad sight. we have some purple flowers sort of like yours here but they're all beaten and bruised and sad.

From the angle of this photo, it is difficult to tell how tall this plant is and its overall growth pattern. However, it could be a Ruella. The common name is Texas Petunia.
