Pink and Yellow Flowers
I think this is called "Lantana." A neighbor lady has it in her front yard. She must really love working in the yard. She's always planting stuff or pulling weeds.

These are a neighbor's flowers. They grow almost like weeds in a little garden she has up against the street. Maybe they like the Austin humidity (not as bad as the Houston humidity, but still humid).
