I saw this lone wildflower in my barren backyard on Saturday. It was gone on Sunday.

I didn't try any closer. I had a hard time just getting this shot because the sun was so bright. I had to put a filter on the lens (and it still came out a bit washed out). My camera is acting real weird, too. Ack... excuses excuses!! smile
