if it does turn out to be jack's beanstalk, you might want to work out a deal with your landlord where you could buy the area around the beenstalk so you could later make a way to get up there and make apartments to rent out. or studio space to rent out. food for thought.

I better look outside and see if it's still there. I haven't looked in the backyard since before the big Texas Ice Storm of 2003! I bet the freeze killed it. Boo Hoo. All that income down the tubes. I would have split it with you, too, since you came up with the idea.
