I would have liked them to explain to me why Damon and the other assassin (Clive Owen) get headaches. Maybe they will in the sequal. I'm also looking forward to that. I will own it, too. Yay! Movies!MovieThe Bourne Identity
This was a good one! Matt Damon plays a covert government assassin who shows up shot and face down in the ocean. When he wakes up on a fishing boat, he can't remember who he is. He doesn't remember he's a bad-ass either until he's sleeping on a park bench and some policemen ask him for some identification. All of a sudden, he kicks both their butts. It's as much of a surprise to him as it is to us!
He meets up with Franka Potente who I think is one of the most beautiful actresses around. She helps him, but ends up getting enmeshed in trouble because Damon has assassins after him, too.
For the rest of the movie, his identity and the events of the last few weeks come to light. It's one of those movies where you kinda have to have faith that things will be explained in the end. And, thank goodness, they are. Looking at the DVD at Amazon, it says it has an all new beginning and ending. I wonder if they changed the story, or if they just showed more. I dunno, but I'm looking forward to the sequel! Yay! for The Bourne Identity! More information and purchase: The Bourne Identity
