Yay! Movies!

If you think the line "One Million Dollars" originated in Austin Powers, then you haven't seen One Crazy Summer. This is kind of but not really a sequel to Better Off Dead. Not the same characters or anything, but if you like one, you'll like the other. It's a Savage Steve Holland film with John Cusack. A super combination! Joel Murray (Bill Murray's brother) plays John Cusack's friend. He should make more movies. He was in Dharma and Greg, too.

And guess who else... Jeremy Piven!!! But he plays a jerk, so it's not as fun.

Some of my favorite things about the movie are:

• Bobcat Goldthwaite in the Godzilla suit
• One Million Dollars
• Ack Ack collecting shells on the beach
• dinner at the grandmother's house
• the giant dolphin with rabies
• John Cusack running into the boy scout type troop in the woods
• Reading the obituaries: "Hey Hoops... ever notice people die in alphabetical order?"
• the christening of the boat
• Bosco's puppies!!!
