Yay! Movies!

This is a cute movie. Nothing deep or inspiring, but fun to watch. Robin Tunney (love her!) plays a girl with a stalker who gets her into trouble with the law. She's on house arrest until her trial which makes it hard for her to track down the stalker and build her defense. Tim Blake Nelson plays the guy who puts the monitoring device on her ankle and visits her apartment to make sure she's not trying to circumvent the electronics. I couldn't remember what I'd seen him in before, but I had a strong feeling he played a redneck type. He's not redneck-y in this movie. Consulting IMDB revealed he was Delmar in O Brother, Where Art Thou? Yay! He was also Jennifer Aniston's husband's icky friend in The Good Girl. Now I have a crush on Tim Blake Nelson. He was born the same year as me.

The movie was released in 2002, but it has lots of songs from the 70s and 80s. And there's skating!

Liz Phair is in it, too, and that's kinda neat.
