This Woody Allen film is kinda cool. It has a lot of familiar stars in it. Kenneth Branagh plays a writer who is working at a travel magazine and gets to interview celebrities. I've noticed in a couple of Woody Allen movies that the lead actor acts like Woody Allen. Branagh does it, and John Cusack did it in
Bullets Over Broadway.
I loved Joe Mantegna in this. He plays a really nice guy. Other people in it include Winona Ryder, Charlize Theron, Melanie Griffith, Leonardo DiCaprio, Hank Azaria, Donald Trump, and Bebe Neuwirth. I guess most everyone wants to be in a Woody Allen picture or something. Come to think of it... I wouldn't turn him down if he asked me.
Anyway... it's typical Woody Allen humor, except I liked this one better than most. I'm not sure why.
