Yay! Movies!

Bill Murray's character inherits an elephant, and he has to take it across country and figure out what to do with it when he gets it there. I didn't like this movie. There were a lot of scenes where someone would say something to the lead actor (Kevin Anderson), and he would just stare for a long time before answering. When this movie first came out, I thought it was awesome. Now when I watch it, I find most of it incredibly cheesy. I realize back then, though, they didn't have the technology for good special effects. You can tell some of it was filmed in a mall. Robert Redford gets sent to a military prison for marines who have been court martialed. He's a bigshot general who did something bad (although with good intentions, I think). Has Kevin Spacey ever been in a bad movie? It's pretty much a sign of quality to have Kevin Spacey in the cast. I didn't like Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, but I acknowledge it as a quality movie. The Life of David Gale is excellent. Spacey is a guy on death row for raping and murdering...
