Kathleen Turner's character is pure evil. Cripes. She was brilliant, though. I forgot that Ted Danson was in this one. He had funny glasses and a bad toupe. I think the glasses were hip at the time, though. I guess this movie was before "Cheers." His toupe in "Cheers" was much much better. In fact, I had no idea it was a toupe until years later. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

He had my favorite line in the movie. When they were all sitting around the lawyer's table talking about the will, someone starts smoking which makes several others get cigarettes out. Kathleen Turner offers him a cigarette, and he says, "No, I don't need my own. I'll just breathe the air. hunh."

At the beginning of the movie, everyone is complaining about how hot it is. Everyone's sweating and fanning themselves and dripping ice on themselves. Dang... I'd hate to live somewhere that they don't have air conditioning for the hot days. I suspect those places would be real cold in the winter, too. I'd hate that.

Mickey Rourke is in this, too. He didn't play a creepy character in this one, but he creeps me out anyway. I guess it's his reputation in other movies.

Anyway... this is a great movie even 20 years after it was made.
